On the morning of December 26, Peng Shengzhi, Secretary of the County Party Committee, investigated the development of cultural tourism industry in urban streets, County Institute of Agricultural Scientific and other places, and stressed that we should plan as soon as possible, prepare carefully and implement step by step, improve the corresponding basic supporting facilities, improve the operation system and mechanism, highlight the characteristics of Guiyang's cultural tourism, and fully prepare for the next September's Tourism Festival.

Peng Shengzhi successively inspected the old tile houses, Qishu Guildhalls, Liu Gongguan, He's Ancestral Hall and other famous ancient buildings, and conducted on-site investigation on how to protect and repair, develop and utilize the ancient houses and the construction of the houses. In the County Agricultural Science Institute, Peng Shengzhi also carefully understood the development planning of tourism industry, functional structure layout, etc., and asked for rapid rectification in place of the existing problems of rural environment remediation.

At the symposium, participants put forward their opinions and suggestions on the preparations for holding the tourism festival next year. Peng Shengzhi stressed that holding a tourism festival is a window to show Guiyang's image to the outside world, and we should make full use of the existing cultural tourism resources, plan and deploy early, strengthen planning, determine the theme and time nodes, improve the basic supporting facilities, and provide reliable guarantee for the successful holding of the tourism festival; should make clear the main body of responsibility, increase the investment attraction, improve the operation system and mechanism, focus on the introduction of homestay builders, combine with tobacco field arrangement, rural environment improvement, water conservancy construction, etc. to make packaging declaration; should increase the intensity of capital integration, actively explore the mode of capital cooperation, and maximize the effect of limited capital; should strengthen the publicity of the tourism festival, start it in time according to the arrangement of work nodes, and work together to create a good cultural tourism atmosphere.
