Recently, representatives of relevant units from Suxian District, Chenzhou city came to the project site of Chenzhou International Hot Spring City in Xujiadong Town, to track and solve the problems. According to the overall planning of the project, the external greening project needs to rent nearly 70 mu of land in Wenquan Village, Xujiadong Town. In order to solve the problems in the construction of the project, town and village cadres visited the villagers to seek everyone's support.

"In terms of project construction, land acquisition and demolition, the requirements put forward by the investor and those that can be solved by the project headquarters will be solved immediately, and those that can't be solved will also be studied and reported upward for support." Yang Yufu, project director of Chenzhou International Hot Spring City, told reporters that the district leaders who contacted with the project have led the team to the province for coordination four times, and successfully solved the problems of adjusting the high-voltage transmission line of the project. Since the project started at the end of June this year, its living hall has been completed and put into use, and the construction progress of apartment building, residential building, basement, etc. has exceeded expectations.

Since this year, Suxian District has insisted on taking industrial project construction as the support to promote the high-quality development of the whole district. In view of the problems in project construction, such as the responsibility is not real and the construction progress is not fast, it has established the classification, grading and segmentation scheduling mechanism and "six fixed" (fixed task, fixed time, fixed progress, fixed responsibility, fixed assessment, fixed rewards and punishments) promotion mechanism to promote the implementation of the project and achieve actual results.

From January to November, the leaders of Suxian District, together with the relevant leaders of each project dispatching group and district level, have held more than 120 on-site office meetings, solved more than 30 problems, and invested 8.779 billion yuan in 42 major industrial projects in the whole district, 104.5 percent of the annual investment plan.
