It was reported that the ecological judicial restoration base of the Xiangnan Botanical Garden is the fourth ecological judicial restoration base after the Dongjiang River water ecological restoration base, the Swan mountain forest ecological restoration base and the Swan mountain wild animal breeding base, which is of great significance for further strengthening the judicial restoration of the ecological environment resources and the protection of tourism resources. 

In the future, with the help of the advantages of geographical environment and tourism characteristics, the ecological judicial restoration base of the Xiangnan Botanical Garden will build the maple leaf forest, cherry blossom forest and other popular scenic spots, promote the combination of ecological restoration and afforestation, enhance the tourism brand, and promote the better development of tourism and economic society in Zixing City.

In recent years, Zixing city has implemented the combination of original site restoration and off-site restoration through the judicial ecological restoration mode, and legally urged the criminal suspects and defendants in criminal cases of ecological environment destruction to make compensation for the damaged ecological environment by means of tree planting and fish fry.
