The Municipal Health Care Center Project is a demonstration project launched by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government to adapt to the new situation of the acceleration of the aging process of the city's population and further promote the coordinated development of the city's elderly care service and economic and social development. The total investment is 120 million yuan, and 500 elderly care beds are planned to be built. At the dispatching meeting, the First Municipal People's Hospital introduced the project construction and existing problems, and proposed the next work plan.

Zhang Aiguo stressed that we should earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and speed up the construction of an elderly care service system that is coordinated with home-based community institutions and integrated with medical care, health care and rehabilitation; at the same time, strengthen the project quality and site management, and build the city health care center project into a demonstration project of the city's pension project to ensure the wage guarantee of migrant workers in place.

Xu Huaihao pointed out that the project of the municipal health care center was progressing smoothly, but there were also problems such as the implementation of the site management system was not in place and the construction signs were not perfect. We should build Chenzhou pension model project with high standards and strict requirements, make long-term planning and take precautions, and think about the operation of the project as soon as possible.
