During the period of epidemic prevention and control, all member units should unconditionally deal with the requirements for the withdrawal fees of tourists (including team and individual tourists), the reservation fees of hotels (including homestays and inns) and the ticket fees of scenic spots; should refund the group fees, the reservation fees of hotels (including homestays and INNS) and the ticket fees of scenic spots of the tourists (including team and individual tourists) who don't make a trip; should operate with integrity, not deceive customers, not raise prices; should actively cooperate with the government to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.

It was reported that since January 22, Reshui Town has held a deployment meeting for the prevention and control of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection. According to the requirements of the meeting, Reshui Town Tourism Association has responded positively, promptly notified all member units, carefully investigated the Reshui personnel from Hubei Province, and actively reported 9 Wuhan citizens who came to Reshui Town for tourism, and actively advised nearly 4000 tourists who planned to travel in Reshui Town to back, involving the refund of the reservation fee of nearly 200000 yuan. Member units of Reshui Town Tourism Associations have taken practical actions to safeguard the overall situation, strengthen epidemic prevention and control, implement various preventive measures, and effectively guarantee the health and life safety of the people.
