On February 3, PICC Chenzhou Branch donated 20 million yuan of insurance to Chenzhou City, providing insurance for medical and public servants participating in epidemic prevention and treatment free of charge.

Chenzhou PICC Property Insurance said that the donated insurance will provide exclusive insurance for Chenzhou medical staff (including medical staff who go to Hubei for assistance) and public servants who are infected with new type of coronavirus pneumonia, suffering from accidents and overworked, resulting in death or disability during their participation in epidemic prevention and anti epidemic work, with a per capita insurance limit of 500000 yuan and a cumulative insurance amount of 20 million yuan. Of course, the above exclusive insurance guarantee must be recognized by Chenzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other relevant departments before it can be compensated.

According to reports, the insurance period has been implemented since January 20. In order to ensure that the protection work during the anti epidemic period is in place, PICC Chenzhou Branch has taken many measures simultaneously. At the level of Chenzhou Branch and 11 county and city branches, special service working groups were set up to open green channel for claims settlement and report cases within 24 hours.
