According to Li Zhijun, Executive Vice Minister of Industry Development Department of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, enterprises that did not stop production during the Spring Festival have improved the epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with the conditions for resumption of work and production, meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. There are 10 key enterprises in the High-tech Zone, which are also labor-intensive enterprises. After the inspection and recheck of the enterprise site washing, facilities and equipment, protective materials and health management, they have been confirmed to meet the epidemic prevention and control and safety production standards.

They should be responsible for the guidance, supervision and service for the enterprises to return to work and resume production; should enhance the service consciousness for the enterprises, increase the service for the enterprises, actively guide the enterprises to carry out publicity and training, implement the prevention and control measures, provide enterprises with information, channels for purchasing epidemic prevention materials, raw material supply logistics, employment, capital, raw and auxiliary materials, important parts and other stable supply guarantee, collect the difficulties and problems faced by the enterprise in the process of resumption of production, and report to the Park Management Committee in time.
