ADBC Chenzhou Branch Supports Material Production for Epidemic Prevention & Control to Ensure People's Livelihood

After the liquidity problem was solved, Hunan HESI Biotechnology Co., Ltd. started to fully produce epidemic prevention and control supplies.

 

Recently, Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee, issued a high praise for the anti epidemic work of Chenzhou Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) and the support of enterprises to resume production. In the "Report on novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control work by agricultural policy financial institutions", he clearly stated: Thank you very much! We hope to further increase support in combination with the resumption of work and production.

 

Chenzhou Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China (ABC) has closely followed the spirit of relevant documents of five ministries and commissions including the head office of the People's Bank of China. Since the beginning of the first month, the municipal and county-level banks have taken "resolutely winning the prevention and control of epidemic situation" as their goal, and "protecting the production of products" and "ensuring the people's living needs" as their two key points. In accordance with the principle of "special affairs and urgent affairs", they have opened the green channel of emergency loan for epidemic prevention in time. Enterprises and institutions included in the list of key enterprises for epidemic prevention and control of the head office of the People's Bank of China and in line with the business scope of the bank were fully connected and their capital needs were mapped out.

 

In the early stage, the bank has successfully connected 20 entities including Hunan Shengping Rice Co., Ltd., Guiyang Huikang Company, Hunan HESI Biotechnology company, Yangpu Company, Jinhuang Logistics and Anren Shengyuan Supermarket. Two grain production enterprises, Yuxiang Rice Noodles and Chenzhou Zhongtian Grain and Oil, were newly added. As of February 12, 22 private biomass production entities including Hunan Shengping Rice Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Huikang Co., Ltd. were successfully connected, with a total capital demand of 220 million yuan. The approved emergency loan reached 23.6 million yuan, including 14 million yuan approved to Shengping Rice Company, which timely imported 19000 tons of rice during the epidemic period of Chenzhou City, effectively ensuring the price stability of grain and oil market during the epidemic period; 9.6 million yuan approved to Guiyang Huikang Company, which will realize the investment in the near future and effectively guarantee the supply demand of emergency materials for the people's livelihood of Guiyang County.
