On February 26, Wang Hongcan, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Chief, and his party went to Tangwei Avenue, the site of the Fengqi School project in Chenzhou, to have a detailed understanding of the school's construction plan, project progress, preparation for commencement, etc. Zhou Kan, Deputy Chief of the District, participated in the investigation.
 

It was understood that the Fengqi School project covers an area of 212.2 mu, with a total construction area of about 156,000 square meters. After the completion of the project, the number of students in school is expected to reach 6210, with more than 800 teaching staff. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed and enrolled before May 1, 2021, and officially open on September 1, 2021.

Wang Hongcan required to start the control and planning work of the land for the project as soon as possible, do a good job of site adjustment and land acquisition in advance; to solve the problems of acquisition, demolition and resettlement, communicate in time, and arrange the demolition and resettlement work as a whole; the construction party of the project should establish a strong and efficient project management team, stabilize the capable construction team, carefully organize and construct, strengthen the safety awareness, and strive for high-quality project to ensure the project delivery on time on the premise of quality, quantity and safety.
