Recently, Chenzhou SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. held its opening and unveiling ceremony.

Chenzhou SME Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. is a municipal government financing guarantee company approved by the Municipal People's Government in accordance with the requirements of the construction of the government financing guarantee system in the provinces and cities, in order to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and boost the high-quality development of the real economy of Chenzhou City.

At the ceremony, the head of Chenzhou SME Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. signed credit extension and risk responsibility sharing agreements with the heads of Chenzhou Branch of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank, Chenzhou Branch of China Construction Bank, Chenzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank and Chenzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.

The leading group of Chenzhou SME Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. should lead the management team, strictly follow the principle of "government guidance, professional management, market operation and low profit", take the initiative and operate prudently on the premise of strict control of system risk; should resolutely put an end to any behavior that seeks personal gain by power and damages the interests of the state and the company, ensure the healthy and effective operation of the company, and cooperate sincerely to jointly build a risk responsibility sharing mechanism; should implement the 4:3:2:1 ratio of risk responsibility sharing among provinces, companies, banks and local governments.
