Recently, China Consumer Association announced the list of the "Most Beautiful Consumer Rights Defenders in 2019". Kuang Yunxiong, a volunteer of consumer rights protection of municipal consumer committee and bus driver of Yizhang County, was the only one selected in Hunan Province.

Since the selection of the "Most Beautiful Consumer Rights Defenders in 2019" started last year, 10 comrades including Kuang Yunxiong have been identified as the "Most Beautiful Consumer Rights Defenders in 2019" through local recommendation, media publicity, public voting and other procedures.

Kuang Yunxiong, 50, is a bus driver of Shunxin Public Transport Co., Ltd. in Yizhang County and a consumer rights volunteer of Chenzhou Consumer Committee. In his 15 years as a volunteer of consumer rights protection, Kuang Yunxiong has been enthusiastic about the cause of consumer rights protection, constantly strengthening the study of laws and regulations on consumer rights protection, regardless of personal gains and losses, and having the obligation to mediate consumer disputes for consumers. He was once named "Top 10 Outstanding Figures of Consumer Rights Protection in Chenzhou" by Chenzhou Municipal People's government.
