Recently, the city's natural resources and planning, ecological environment, housing and urban and rural construction (civil air defense), forestry, urban management teleconference was held. Zou Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting was held in the form of "Eight in One" form, implemented the spirit of relevant meetings of China and province, reviewed and summarized the work of last year, commended and notified a number of advanced units and individuals, and arranged and deployed the work of this year.

Zou Wenhui pointed out that urban development has driven the whole economic and social development, urban construction is an important engine of economic and social development, and the new urbanization with people as the core is the greatest potential to expand domestic demand and boost development. All levels and departments should work hard to overcome the novel coronavirus pneumonia, and do a good job in all aspects of the work, serve green development and build livable city.

Zou Wenhui stressed to serve development. We should build a firm service concept, and serve as a good waiter for the "smart growth" of the city; should adhere to the path of resource intensive, green development and sustainable development in accordance with the group and compact pattern, do a good job in factor guarantee, not only adding, increasing factor supply, but also dividing, so as to improve output and efficiency; should strengthen service guarantee, ensure that law enforcement service, government service, science and technology service, management service, etc. are more elaborate, precise and refined; should give priority to ecological development and green development, increase resource integration, and make solid progress in ecological protection and restoration, so as to turn green mountains into invaluable assets.

Zou Wenhui required to benefit people's livelihood. We should adhere to the people-centered development idea, build a "refined city" with high quality development, high quality life, high standard environment and characteristics; should make overall plans for the production space, living space, ecological space and public space of the city, attach importance to micro construction, micro management and micro service, improve the convenience of life, reduce the cost of life, and enhance the sense of happiness and security of the people; should rectify urban diseases such as traffic congestion and parking difficulties, systematically solve problems left over by real estate, land acquisition, demolition and resettlement, and ensure people's livelihood and promote harmony.

Zou Wenhui stressed to maintain the safety. We should do a good job in geological safety, environmental safety, traffic safety, fire safety, facilities and equipment safety, construction safety, water and electrical safety and other safety work; should improve our ability, strengthen political guidance, consistently promote strict and comprehensive governance of the Party, conscientiously fulfill our responsibilities, exercise our power, and uphold integrity, so as to better serve and promote the high-quality development of Chenzhou.
