On March 26, Yizhang County held a centralized signing ceremony for 2020 investment projects, which injected new impetus for the high-quality development of the county's economy and society. Zhang Runhuai, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Magistrate, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

Chen Jianxin, Standing Committee of County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Magistrate, presided over the ceremony. Yin Xudong, Deputy County Magistrate, introduced the contracted projects. At the signing ceremony, Zhang Runhuai and relevant principals of the Management Committee of the County Economic Development Zone signed contracts with the project parties respectively.

There were four signed projects, namely: Yizhang Wenshi animal husbandry project, Hunan Hanover medical consumables production project, Yizhang new bus terminal construction project, Yizhang Yichen line 401 road and urban and rural passenger transit transformation project, with a signed amount of 1.15 billion yuan.

On behalf of the county Party committee and the county government, Zhang Runhuai extended warm congratulations on the successful signing of the projects and expressed sincere thanks to the entrepreneurs who invested in the county. He said that the county Party committee, the county government and the functional departments will provide the best platform, the most preferential policies, the best service and environment for the projects, and make every effort to speed up the project construction and put them into production to achieve efficiency.
