Huang Zhengrong and her party visit Qiyang Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park.

Recently, Huang Zhengrong, Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee, led a delegation to Qiyang County, Yongzhou City to study. Zhou Xinhui, Secretary of Qiyang County Party Committee, and Chen Xiaoping, Deputy Secretary of Qiyang County Party Committee and Head of Qiyang County, accompanied the investigation.

The delegation successively investigated the construction of Qiyang Economic Development Zone, Qiyang County urban construction and township construction. Among them, Qiyang Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, Hunan Qiyang Economic Development Zone Smart Park Operation Center, Hunan Qiyang Economic Development Zone Maker Space, Hunan Qiyang Economic Development Zone Science and Technology business incubator, smart restaurant, etc. were mainly investigated.

Qiyang Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Hunan Jinrong Group in 2017, focusing on building the Qiyang mode of "cooperation of government and enterprise, co construction of parks and enterprises", which is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the park and high-quality development, and achieving the great improvement of the park's economic aggregate, the great leap forward of development quality and the great change of the overall appearance. From 2016 to 2019, the total industrial output value of the park has increased from 18 billion yuan to 30 billion yuan, and the tax revenue has increased from 350 million yuan to 760 million yuan.

Huang Zhengrong said that we saw the earth shaking changes in Qiyang over the years, saw the achievements of high-quality and vigorous economic development, and believed that Qiyang's future would be better.

The project of Qiyang Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park built by Jinrong Group reflects the new concept, fast action and practical work of Qiyang County Party Committee and Government, which provides a good reference for the development and construction of Zixing Park.
