Li Wuyi pointed out that Chenzhou City has entered the flood season at present. According to the analysis and prediction of the Municipal Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, the weather trend in the flood season of Chenzhou City this year is not optimistic, and the overall precipitation is too much. All departments at all levels must attach great importance to it, deeply realize the severe situation of geological disaster prevention and control in our city, and pay more attention on the safety.

Li Wuyi stressed that it is necessary to find out the basic situation of people's living, terrain and traffic around the geological disaster point, formulate feasible emergency plan, timely carry out personnel evacuation and emergency risk avoidance drill, and make the best preparation; to strengthen the on duty patrol and hidden danger investigation of geological disaster points, pay close attention to the activity changes of geological disaster points, immediately report and start the emergency plan for the dangerous geological disaster points, and strive for valuable time for scientific elimination and avoidance; to carry out comprehensive governance step by step, entrust professional teams to work out comprehensive governance plans as soon as possible, distinguish the main body of responsibility, organize and implement governance projects step by step in batches to ensure the safety of people's lives.
