Chenzhou bus terminal project is located in the southeast of the intersection of national highway 107 and Tongxin Road. The project is planned, designed and constructed in accordance with the first-class bus station standard issued by the Ministry of Transport, with a total land area of 67 mu, including bus station, parking lot, bus hub station, supporting gas filling station, charging station, repair shop, etc. The total construction area of the project is 30499 square meters, and the estimated total investment is 209.3 million yuan; the planned construction period is 24 months, and it will be put into use in March 2022.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that Chenzhou bus terminal is a people's livelihood project, which is related to the travel of Chenzhou people and has made an important contribution to the economic and social development of Chenzhou. Chenzhou Auto Transportation should establish a strong team, organize a strong force, focus on human, material and energy, race against time, reverse the schedule of construction, and reach the goal as soon as possible; all construction units, design units and supervision units should work together, be conscientious and responsible, match with the best project manager, and do a good job of project construction; relevant departments directly under the municipal government should form a joint effort, give full support, strengthen coordination, accelerate resettlement work, accelerate administrative approval, open up green channels to handle relevant procedures, actively help the project to raise funds, and promote the early production of Chenzhou bus terminal to benefit the people of Chenzhou as soon as possible.
