Recently, Jiang Feng, member of the Standing Committee of Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, came to Dongjiang Lake to carry out lake patrol work. Huang Zhengrong, Secretary of Zixing Municipal Party Committee and Luo Chenghui, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, participated in the lake patrol.

Jiang Feng and his party successively inspected the situation of lake surface cleaning, domestic sewage treatment, reservoir breeding, illegal building demolition, and residential construction in Dongjiang Lake Reservoir Area.

As the core area and key implementation area of Chenzhou City to build a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zone, Zixing City has adhered to the concept of sustainable development, supported industrial development with science and technology, highlighted the theme of ecological civilization and green development, and initially explored the way of sustainable development of water ecological civilization of "strict protection of water ecology, scientific utilization of water resources, efficient development of water economy and harmonious prosperity of water culture".

Jiang Feng required that Zixing City should take the opportunity of the construction of the innovation demonstration area of the sustainable development agenda, fully study and deal with the recycling of sewage, and give full play to the benefits of water resources at the same time of reducing the discharge; should fully eliminate cage culture before the end of June, carry out scientific planning for the culture in the reservoir area, and ensure that the culture and water quality protection are both correct; should carefully plan the surrounding buildings in the reservoir area, not only highlight the characteristics of the south of the Yangtze River, but also meet the needs of the development of accommodation and tourism, so as to achieve the harmony between people, water and nature; should carefully study the governance of the ebb and flow zone formed after the rise and fall of the Dongjiang Lake, delimit the area and invest funds, and carry out pilot projects for the governance of the ebb and flow zone, so as to ensure that there are new breakthroughs in the governance of the ebb and flow zone and new improvements in the environment of the lake area.
