In order to further optimize the service environment of government affairs, improve the service level of the window and establish a good image of the window, recently, Chenzhou Medical Security Affairs Center organized mental health education training and special training on government etiquette, involving more than 60 cadres and staff.
The main content of this training was psychological adjustment and reception etiquette of the staff in the window unit. Two teachers, Wang Min, national second-class psychological consultant, director of Hunan Psychological Consultant Association, vice president of Chenzhou psychological consultant, national registered etiquette trainer and Ma Liping, director of the etiquette education and research center of South Hunan University, were invited to give lectures.
Chenzhou Medical Security Affairs Center, in combination with the actual situation of the window service post, organized the staff to carry out mental health education training and government etiquette special training, which was another measure to implement the special rectification of medical insurance window style and continuously improve the service level and service image of medical insurance window.
