Liu Zhiren pointed out that we should further strengthen our ideals and beliefs, consciously combine enterprise development with national strategy and local development, not bearing the heavy burden of the times, bring out the youth style and further enhance our confidence in development. Young entrepreneurs should have a stronger sense of solidarity and cooperation, and get through the severe winter of the epidemic and welcome the warm spring of development together through group heating, mutual help and mutual assistance.

Liu Zhiren requested that we should further improve our learning ability, focus on improving the ability of understanding policy to grasp opportunities, and strive to cultivate ourselves as a composite leader who is politically, policy-aware, manageable and well-managed; should further improve the inheritance and development, play the role of the old generation of private entrepreneurs, and promote the two generations to strengthen exchanges and deepen understanding. At the same time, the majority of young entrepreneurs should establish the awareness of lifelong learning, insist on being diligent in thinking, be good at learning and devote themselves to research and practice, so that they can truly become expert in economy, science and technology, market and management.

Liu Zhiren requested that we further strengthen social responsibility, keep in mind the gratitude, build better projects in Chenzhou, bring better talents back to Chenzhou, and invest better capital and technology in Chenzhou; should further enhance the service level.
