The reporter learned from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that the "roadmap" for the construction and application of 5G network in our city has been clear. Among them, our city plans to invest 700 million yuan this year to build 1350 5G base stations, realize the continuous coverage of signal in the built-up area of Chenzhou downtown and the coverage of signal in key areas of county and urban areas, launch the construction of 5G network application demonstration zone in Chenzhou High-tech Zone, and focus on promoting 5G demonstration application of smart park, smart media, smart education and smart medical treatment. 

5G network application will provide new driving force for economic and social development. At present, the city has established a development idea based on network construction, driven by application, and focused on industrial development, accelerating the construction of 5G industrial ecosystem with Chenzhou characteristics, providing strong support for the city's high-quality economic development, promoting the flexible, personalized and cloud deployment of 5G network, realizing the city's coverage, and providing the support ability of large capacity, high bandwidth and low delay network that can be accessed at any time to realize the deep application, integration and enabling among various industries.

In addition to this year's goal, the goal and task of 5G network construction in the next two years have also been basically clear. In 2021, the city plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build 2050 5G base stations to achieve continuous signal coverage in the county and urban built-up areas and in key towns, accelerate the promotion of a batch of 5G demonstration applications such as smart airport, smart transportation, smart tourism, smart public security, smart pension, smart emergency management and smart city. In 2022, it is planned to invest 1.2 billion yuan to build 2100 5G base stations to achieve continuous coverage of signals in key townships and all ordinary townships; form 10 key demonstration direct use and actively cultivate a batch of innovative enterprises in 5G application field.

This year, we will focus on four 5G demonstration applications of smart park, smart media, smart education and smart medical care. The construction of smart park is mainly to use 5G network to assist the informatization construction of Chenzhou key industrial park, and give full play to the application of 5G in R & D and production, logistics and transportation, people management, sales and service of industrial manufacturing units. 120 5G base stations will be built in the Taiwan Industrial Park of Chenzhou High-tech Zone to achieve full coverage of the park. 200 high-definition cameras and spherical mirrors will be placed continuously in the plant line. With the help of 5G network, the park data can be managed and controlled, people and things can be flexibly scheduled, and production and manufacturing can reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The construction of smart media is mainly to carry out high-tech video services for innovative application scenarios such as 4K / 8K super clear live, 360 ° interactive live, VR / AR live. With the help of 5G, mobile ultra clear live broadcast, remote ultra clear live broadcast, multi machine ultra clear live broadcast and so on can be realized. It also can provide infrastructure services for content producers to trade and publish, and provide support for management departments to carry out content control and technical management.

The construction of smart education is mainly to build 5G wireless network on campus, serving for teaching and security. Through 5G technology, 4K HD live broadcast and holographic distance teaching, and cross school linkage can be realized. 5G technology can strengthen the campus security force, combine the face recognition of safe campus with 5G, AR glasses connect to the cloud database to realize face recognition and alarm, and enable the monitoring center to link with security personnel to take actions in time according to abnormal conditions in real time.

Relying on Chenzhou First people's Hospital and other key medical institutions, the construction of smart medical actively explores the special line, telemedicine, mobile medical and other services based on 5G technology, and radiates the advantageous medical resources to county (city, district) hospitals and township hospitals. At the same time, we will actively carry out interactive services such as telemedicine with medical units in and out of the province, and establish a new medical and health data center based on "5G + cloud computing" with patients as the center.
