On May 8, the third board of directors (enlarged) meeting of the first session of Chenzhou Tourism and Cultural Industry Promotion Association and the publicity meeting for learning and implementing the Interim Measures of Chenzhou for the Promotion of Global Tourism (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") were held.

At the meeting, the participants reviewed the work of the Municipal Tourism and Cultural Industry Promotion Association in 2019, commended the "excellent member units" and "excellent members" in 2019, exchanged typical experience, and arranged to deploy the work in 2020.

At the meeting, the participants carefully studied the "Measures". It was understood that the "Measures" was implemented from May 1, 2020, with a total of 6 chapters and 35 articles, which mainly stipulates the planning and implementation, facilities construction and service guarantee, support and guidance, market regulation and supervision, etc., providing institutional support for the transformation and upgrading of the city's tourism industry and accelerating its development.

Among them, the "Measures" requires that the people's governments of cities and counties (cities and districts) should strengthen the organization and leadership of tourism work; relevant social organizations should play their own advantages and roles to promote the development of tourism in the whole region; organize and carry out the general survey, evaluation and registration of tourism resources, and formulate the tourism development plan in line with the actual situation of our city. It also puts forward specific systems and regulations on the implementation of tourism planning, public service system and supporting facilities. In addition, the "Measures" also defines the key supporting objects and the scope of supporting projects, puts forward specific requirements for support and guidance, stipulates three types of typical and prone prohibited behaviors, and requires the implementation of the immediate review system, and timely acceptance and handling of tourism complaints.
