Located in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, Chenzhou Xihe National Wetland Park covers Beihu District, Suxian District, Guiyang County and Yongxing County, with a total planning area of 1578 hectares and a total length of 167 kilometers. In 2015, it was approved as a National Wetland Park pilot by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration. After several years of efforts, it has established a sustainable development model of wetland protection and rational utilization, with complete infrastructure, unique wetland landscape, science and education, leisure and entertainment, providing a place for the people of Chenzhou to return to nature.
Wetlands, together with forests and oceans, are known as the three global ecosystems, known as the "kidney of the earth", which play an important role in water conservation, climate regulation and soil and water conservation. Let's take action to protect the wetland and the living home of human beings.
