Recently, Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee and Mayor, went to Beihu District to investigate the spatial growth boundary of the central urban area. Deputy Mayor Li Wuyi, Huang Zesheng, Secretary General of the Municipal Government, Jiang Limin, Secretary of the Beihu District Committee, and Cao Xingping, Deputy District Director attended. Liu Zhiren successively came to Chenzhou new bus terminal and Beihu agricultural products industrial park to have a detailed understanding of the design scheme of the station, the overall planning of supporting facilities around the station, and the location of the industrial park.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that it is necessary to plan scientifically, optimize design and create high-quality products; adhere to the people-centered development idea and do a good job in resettlement and demolition as a whole; focus on the goal of "convenient for people to travel", achieve synchronous planning, design and construction, realize the seamless connection between the new bus terminal and Huatai City, and drive the common prosperity of surrounding business circles; seize the historical opportunity of connecting Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, introduce large enterprises, speed up the project construction progress, seize the market opportunity, form the logistics industrial chain of pig breeding, slaughtering and cold chain, and build a modern agricultural industrial park. Liu Zhiren stressed that we should implement the concept of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization, adhere to the concept of "ecological priority and green development", firmly uphold the red line and bottom line of ecological protection, scientifically plan the growth boundary of the central urban area, and take the construction of the national sustainable development agenda and innovation demonstration zone as the starting point to promote the high quality development of Chenzhou.
