On May 27, Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, came to Yongxing County to investigate the culture and tourism industry and flood control work.

In the Changlu International Ecotourism Resort, Yi Pengfei stressed that it is necessary to build a high-quality tourist attraction, to be fine and exquisite, to make full use of the space of the scenic spot, to optimize the visual effect, and to give people a good feeling in the perception. As a real enterprise, Changlu Group should work out the schedule, master the time nodes, speed up the construction progress of the scenic spot, fully consider the operation of the project, and build the park to create benefits as soon as possible. 

Yi Pengfei's investigation in Qingshanlong Reservoir

Qingshanlong Irrigation Area, founded in 1966, is one of the 23 large-scale irrigation areas in the province and the only large-scale irrigation area in our city. The irrigated farmland is 397,900 mu, and the Irrigation and Hydropower Administration Bureau was established in 1974. It is responsible for nearly 400000 mu of farmland irrigation water supply in Yongxing, Anren and Zixing counties (cities), as well as flood prevention and security for more than 1 million people downstream of Qingshanlong large reservoir and Longtan medium-sized reservoir, urban and rural water supply for 200000 residents in Yongxing, water supply for Yongxing Bolin Industrial Park and ecological protection for the source of the whole Yongle River Basin. Qingshanlong Reservoir has a total storage capacity of 114 million cubic meters and a normal water level of 243.8 meters. Since this year, the rain in Qingshanlong basin has been gentle and the form of flood prevention and security has been stable.

Yi Pengfei had a detailed understanding of the operation of Qingshanlong reservoir, flood control and drought relief work, and took a boat tour of the river.

Yi Pengfei pointed out that flood control operation should be scientific to ensure the balanced distribution of water resources. It is necessary to establish water user associations, improve the ability of serving the people, promote water conservation, and effectively solve water disputes in dry season through non-governmental organizations such as water user associations; keep the irrigation channel unblocked, remove silt in time to prevent blocking, ensure the main channel unblocked and ensure the effectiveness of irrigation; prevent leakage, improve the irrigation utilization coefficient of water, play the role of water, and strengthen the awareness that water conservation is food conservation.
 

Yi Pengfei pointed out that we should adhere to comprehensive development, serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and manage the team well. Water Conservancy Departments should change their thinking on water management, water use and water conservation, serve the development of irrigation areas well, improve the utilization efficiency of water resources, do a good job in the article of water conservation, water use, water conservation and water control, combine water-saving agriculture and water-saving irrigation, adhere to the service for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and use water better and more effectively; should strengthen the awareness of water resources, water environment and water ecology, plan the development path, build a water conservancy scenic spot, strengthen the bottom line thinking in the industrial development, firmly hold the bottom line that development can not reduce the water quality, ensure the water quality is stable and the ecological environment is not damaged; should manage the team well, strengthen organizational constraints, and strengthen the education of Party conduct and integrity among Party members and cadres.
