On May 29, Xie Zhansi, Chairman and General Manager of Shenzhen Pute Photoelectric Co., Ltd., visited Yizhang County. Zhang Runhuai, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Head of the County, participated in the investigation.

Members of the delegation came to the Industrial Undertaking Park of Yizhang Economic Development Zone to investigate the land use and standard plant construction in the park; they had a discussion with the heads of relevant departments, and the two sides had friendly communication and exchange on land use, tax, labor and other aspects.

Xie Zhansi said that Shenzhen Pute Photoelectric Co., Ltd. mainly produces polarizers and other products. With the rising cost of land use and labor in coastal areas, the company intends to move its headquarters from Shenzhen to the inland. The planned project will be constructed in two phases, with an estimated investment of 150 million yuan in the first phase, an annual output value of 200 million yuan, a solution for 200 people's employment, and an estimated investment of 300 million yuan in the second phase.

Zhang Runhuai welcomed the members of the delegation and hoped that the two sides would further strengthen communication and cooperation under the principle of mutual benefit and win-win results. The County Party Committee and the County Government would strive to optimize the business environment, provide convenient conditions for enterprises in terms of land use, employment, tax and other aspects, promote the project to achieve results as soon as possible, and make the Yizhang photoelectric industry chain bigger and stronger.
