Recently, China Post Corporation Hunan Yongxing County branch and Yongxing Express Association signed a cooperation agreement on the "Four links and one up" of Yongxing County contracted by Hunan Yongxing County branch of China Post Group Co., Ltd. for the logistics and transportation services of the designated routes from the county to the administrative village and other related matters. The cooperation project covers all express routes within the scope of Yongxing County, including three levels of "County - township - administrative village (objects are directly delivered to 242 village level e-commerce public service stations in the county)", which will effectively solve the problem of "last kilometer" of logistics.

This year, the scale of e-commerce industry in Yongxing County has been further expanded, the construction of network platforms and parks has achieved remarkable results, and the transaction volume of e-commerce in the whole county has exceeded 200 million yuan; the layout of express logistics nodes has been further optimized, the digital level of infrastructure has been significantly improved, the terminal service capacity of e-commerce logistics has been significantly improved, the intelligent express logistics service system has been basically established, and e-commerce and express logistics have been improved with efficient cooperation. The annual business volume of express service e-commerce in the county has reached hundreds of millions, with an average annual growth rate of more than 10 percent, achieving the service goal of having outlets in towns and villages.
