On June 3, at the Qiuli village training site for 2020 Chinese cooks training in Guidong County, teachers from Chenzhou Vocational School were conducting cooking training for villagers. In order to consolidate the effect of poverty alleviation, help the villagers to develop the homestay industry, increase their income and improve their cooking skills, the poverty alleviation team of the municipal Party committee in Qiuli illage, Oujiang Town, Guidong County, specially invited the cooking teachers of the Vocational Technical School to carry out a 10-day cooking training from May 28 to June 6, with 65 people participating in the training. Through theoretical study and on-site practical operation, the villagers will master the production of more than 40 kinds of characteristic farmhouse dishes. At the end of the training, those who pass the examination will also get cook certificate on site.
