The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in the industrial concentration area of Suxian District is under construction.

Recently, the Suxian District subbranch of Agricultural Development Bank of China has provided 120 million yuan of industrial poverty alleviation loans, all of which were used for the construction of standard factory buildings of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in industrial concentration area of Suxian District, to create innovation and entrepreneurship for college students and industrial agglomeration depression in Chenzhou City. The total investment of the project is 267 million yuan, covering an area of 139 mu. The Provincial Agricultural Development Bank has approved 200 million yuan. According to the construction progress of the project, 120 million yuan has been issued in the first phase. This loan can support the construction of 13 standard workshops with an area of 148000 square meters.

As one of the two urban areas in Chenzhou City, Suxian District has unique location and transportation advantages, and is the main functional area and agglomeration area of Chenzhou industrial transfer. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in the industrial concentration area of Suxian District is also the "Park in the Park", which is connected with the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the East, only 500m away from the entrance and exit of the expressway, and 2km away from the North Chenzhou new freight station. The traffic conditions are superior, the industrial development resources are rich, and the innovation and entrepreneurship conditions are relatively mature.

Over the years, Chenzhou municipal and district level agricultural development bank has continuously strengthened cooperation with Suxian District Party committee and district government, taking the construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park as an effective way to promote economic development. Especially in the current important period of "six stability" and "six guarantees", Agricultural Development Bank has continued to strengthen the financial support for innovation and entrepreneurship, and committed itself to building the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in the industrial concentration zone into the industrial incubation base and large-scale in southern Hunan, the ideal park for students' employment and key projects of industrial poverty alleviation to constantly promote the industrial upgrading of Suxian District on the base of giving full play to the advantageous industries.

The project will fully optimize the resource allocation of the industrial park, improve the investment environment, reduce the non productive investment of enterprises, shorten the production cycle of the project and centralize funds to run the industry through financial support for the construction of standard factory buildings. At the same time, the financial support will improve the land utilization rate, and achieve the goal of unified planning, intensive saving and efficient utilization.
