Recently, the Management Committee of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and CCCC Chenzhou Road Construction Machinery Company completed the signing ceremony of CCCC Chenzhou assembly science and engineering park project, which is the first major industrial project signed by Chenzhou Economic Development Zone since the implementation of the "three promotion years". The total land area of the project is 350 mu, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The first phase covers an area of more than 80 mu. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is estimated that the annual profit and tax will be nearly 100 million yuan, and nearly 1000 people will be employed.

The project of CCCC Chenzhou assembly science and engineering park is an industrial project introduced by Chenzhou Economic Development Zone in combination with the industrial development environment of Chenzhou City and the internal industrial resources of CCCC. It is an industrial project based on the industrial chain resources and management experience of CCCC group, with steel structure assembly buildings and Berea piece as the leading industry, introducing relevant upstream and downstream industries, and building an intelligent manufacturing park integrating production and manufacturing, R & D and design, transformation of pilot test results, headquarters of production enterprises, product display, logistics and storage, and production supporting functions.

According to the introduction, the project is a major step in the construction of the "one belt and one road" construction of the Chenzhou China Railway Group, which is based on the Southern China and the radiation industry. After the completion of the project, it will become a new distribution center for equipment, materials, labor services and manufacturing in the industry, which will bring a win-win situation for Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and CCCC Chenzhou Road Construction Machinery Company.
