Recently, Liu Qixiang, Dean of School of Law and School of Public Management of Hunan University of Technology and Business, and his party came to Guiyang County to establish a legal education practice base with Hunan Zhihao Law Firm in order to promote the process of governing the county by law in Guiyang County and strengthen the cultivation of talents in the legal profession. The listing activity marked the establishment of the first practice base jointly built by law firm and university in Guiyang County.

On the day of the activities, both sides held a symposium on specific issues of the practice base. At the meeting, Liu Qixiang introduced the basic situation and faculty strength of Law School and School of Public Management of Hunan University of Technology and Business, clarified the significance of establishing teaching base, and put forward specific requirements for teaching practice base. After the symposium, the two sides signed an agreement on off campus practice base.

In recent years, the Judicial Bureau of Guiyang County has strengthened the supervision and management of law firms in the county, made efforts to promote the standardized development of legal services, and actively guided lawyers to serve the overall situation, social stability and economic development in the county. Lawyers in the county have made positive contributions to the construction of the rule of law in Guiyang. This internship is an important measure of two-way exchange and cooperation between law schools and law firms, and provides a practical platform for the cultivation of law talents reserve force.
