After receiving the information, Heye Town immediately investigated the cooperatives and farmers in the whole town, formulated and issued the notice on the construction of agricultural big data command center in Heye Town of Guiyang County, and negotiated with Chenzhou Branch of Hunan Yuyuan Big Data Industry Development Co., Ltd. to draft the "Cooperation agreement on construction project of agricultural big data service center" with the support of the Municipal Agricultural Economic Bureau.

It was understood that the center plans to invest 300000 yuan in the early stage to strive for special fund support. It plans to establish eight platforms, including real-time big data report of agricultural production information, big data of agricultural production technology, big data of supply and demand of migrant workers, big data of agricultural machinery leasing, and rural disaster warning. Hunan Yuyuan is responsible for software development, data collection, platform operation and maintenance, market promotion, talent and technology. In addition, it can provide real-time feedback data and monitoring and early warning information for relevant government departments, push local agricultural related information for agricultural enterprises and farmers in real time, timely grasp the relationship between market supply and demand, guide production and promote transactions. At the same time, the exhibition hall of agricultural big data center was established in Heye Town for centralized display.
