On June 28, the municipal civilization office and the municipal creation office organized civilized units, civilized campuses, civilized families and representatives of citizens to hold a learning and sharing meeting on Chenzhou Citizens Civilization Manual (new version). On the spot of the meeting, 13 national civilized units in the city presented more than 400000 copies of learning and education materials such as "Chenzhou Citizen Civilization Manual" (new version) to 72 primary and secondary school representatives in the city, so that teachers and students in each primary and secondary school in the city have one copy. They also distributed electronic version of learning and education materials to all counties and urban areas of the city through online platform, and launched the "Chenzhou Citizen Civilization Manual" in the city, so that set off an upsurge of learning and publicizing materials.

The meeting pointed out that all primary and secondary schools should organize a large number of young students to carry out various learning and education activities through speeches under the national flag, theme class meetings, theme activities of young pioneers and the Communist Youth League, blackboard newspapers, hand copied newspapers, theme lectures, speech contests, essay contests, knowledge competition, literary and artistic activities.
