Recently, the opening ceremony of special geographical indications in Hunan Province was held in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, and 14 Chenzhou enterprises including Hunan Linwu Shunhua Duck Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Zixing Lvye Agricultural Products Development Co., Ltd. were awarded the special geographical indications.

The National Intellectual Property Office has approved the use of the National Intellectual Property Rights Bureau as a special geographical indication. According to the latest administrative measures for the use of special geographical indications (Trial) issued by the State Intellectual Property Office, the transitional period of the use of the original special geographical indications shall be up to December 31, 2020, and the products manufactured before that can continue to flow in the market.

Up to now, Chenzhou City has 7 National Geographic Indication Certification Trademarks, including "Yongxing Bingtang Orange", "Rucheng Baimao Tea", "Yizhang Hongpao", "Yizhang Navel Orange", "Guiyang Tobacco", "Anren Zhike" and "Chenzhou Fucha"; and five national geographic indication products, namely, Linwu Duck, Zixing Dongjiang Fish, Yongxing Bingtang Orange, Guidong Lilo Tea and Yizhang Hongpao.
