Recently, the reporter learned from the mobilization meeting on the establishment of star rated outlets of Hunan Rural Banking Association held in Zixing City. Zixing SPD Rural Bank was the first in Zixing to be rated as the four-star service outlet of China Banking Association with the highest score in the whole province.

Before the meeting, Hunan Rural Bank Association organized the outlet heads of 21 rural banks in the whole province to come to Zixing SPD Rural Bank business department for on-the-spot observation and study.
