Recently, Chenzhou No.19 Middle School and Chenzhou No.32 Middle School were listed as the fourth batch of intellectual property education pilot schools in primary and secondary schools in the province by the Provincial Intellectual Property Office and the Provincial Education Department. At present, there are 5 pilot schools of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools at provincial level.

According to the requirements of the pilot and demonstration work program of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the program), Chenzhou organized the second batch of demonstration schools of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province (hereinafter referred to as "demonstration schools") and the fourth batch of pilot schools of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province (hereinafter referred to as "pilot schools"). Two schools of Chenzhou No.19 Middle School and Chenzhou No.32 Middle School were determined as the fourth batch of pilot schools of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools of Hunan Province by the Intellectual Property Office of Hunan Province and the Education Department of Hunan Province through the procedures of school application, city and prefecture recommendation, expert evaluation and online publicity, with a trial period of two years.

According to the requirements of the plan, Chenzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and Municipal Education Bureau will guide pilot schools to formulate implementation plans and work plans for intellectual property education, continuously increase guidance and support, and earnestly implement various measures to ensure the effectiveness of the pilot work.
