Recently, the 2020 municipal archives management post training course held by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Office opened. Wei Jianzhong, Deputy Secretary General of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Director of Municipal Archives Bureau, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Persons in charge of archives bureaus and archives in cities and counties, archivists of relevant units directly under the municipal government, and relevant personnel from various departments and secondary institutions of the municipal Party committee office attended the training.

The main content of the training was the collection and arrangement of document archives, scientific and technological archives, audio-visual archives, and archives work standardization construction. It aimed to improve the professional skills and performance ability of archives management staff after institutional reform, and further improve the standardization, legalization and scientificity of archives management in the city.

The training was conducted in the form of centralized face-to-face teaching. The relevant leaders of the Archives Publicity and Education Department of the general office of the provincial Party committee respectively gave wonderful lectures on the standardization construction of archives work, the collection and arrangement of archives and other topics, combined with the actual work, and gave on-site answers to the hot and difficult problems in the file management work.
