On the morning of August 10, the investigation on high-end talents of enterprises in our city was officially launched by the Party School of Beihu District Committee and the Talent Development Promotion Association of Chenzhou City.

This survey plans to use one month, through door-to-door visits and electronic questionnaires, for 50-60 typical enterprises in our city to investigate the current situation and demand of high-end talents in enterprises, the difficulties and problems in the process of talent introduction, and collect the opinions and suggestions of enterprises on the implementation of the new talent policy in our city, so as to actively expand the forms and channels of high-end talent introduction in Chenzhou, strengthen the management of high-end talents, comprehensively boost the economic and social transformation and development of Chenzhou, and put forward reference opinions.

They first visited Hunan Haidewei Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Xingyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and the responsible persons of the two enterprises introduced in detail the practice and experience of the enterprises in talent introduction, reflected the problems and difficulties they encountered, and put forward some useful suggestions on talent introduction and talent management.

It was reported that this is the second time that the Talent Development Promotion Association of Chenzhou City has entrusted the Party School of Beihu District Committee to carry out the survey on the talent work of the whole city. In the cooperation in 2017, the survey group wrote the "survey report on the current situation of enterprise talents in Chenzhou City - Taking the member units of the Talent Development Promotion Association of Chenzhou City" as an example. The data was detailed and clear-cut, which was approved by the main leaders of the city and district, and was adopted and applied by the relevant units of Chenzhou Municipal Party committee and municipal government in formulating the new talent policy. The related achievements were awarded the second prize in the provincial Party school system theory seminar.
