On August 19, the reporter learned from the Municipal Institute of Agricultural Sciences that at the national "Sunshine Rose" grape exhibition and evaluation meeting in 2020, four samples from our city performed well and won the old Award and High Quality Award respectively. This was the new national honor of "Sunshine Rose" grape in our city after winning provincial appraisal award.

At the exhibition and evaluation meeting, "Sunshine Rose" grape from Xihe Corridor Grape Planting Cooperative of Suxian District, Chenzhou Yingcheng Ecological Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., Ruixiang Fruit and Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative in Suxian District and Xiaobu scientific research base of Chenzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute competed with more than 100 samples from all over the country. After the preliminary evaluation of pesticide residues detection, it was unanimously recognized by experts in the re evaluation. Among them, the "Sunshine Rose" grape of Xihe Changlang Grape Planting Cooperative of Suxian District and Chenzhou Yingcheng Ecological Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. won the Gold Award, and the "Sunshine Rose" grape of Ruixiang Fruit and Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative of Suxian District and Xiaobu scientific research base of Chenzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute won the high quality award.

In addition, according to Shen Yujie, an evaluation expert and vice president of grape branch of Chinese Agricultural Association, the "Sunshine Rose" grape exhibition was held in strict accordance with the evaluation standard of high-quality grapes of China Agricultural Association, and strictly controlled from sample collection, detection to blind evaluation. Under the condition that the sample quality of this exhibition is higher than that of the previous one and the difference between the samples is reduced, the best one is still selected according to the score, and the total award rate is only 57.7 percent. Xiao Junyun, President of Xihe Changlang Grape Planting Cooperative, and Cao Siming, Chairman of Chenzhou Yingcheng Ecological Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., said that winning the gold medal was not only a reward, but also an encouragement, which proved that Chenzhou could also grow high-quality "Sunshine Rose" grapes.
