On August 21, Jianshe Community of Beihu Street held a health education lecture on the prevention and control of infectious diseases for primary school students.

Summer and autumn are the high incidence seasons of mumps, measles, chickenpox, hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) and other infectious diseases. Through distributing publicity materials, the community staff explained the symptoms and signs of varicella, the characteristics of varicella rash, treatment methods and preventive care, so as to let students deeply understand the knowledge of varicella prevention and control. At the same time, they also reminded students to pay attention to develop good health habits, enhance self-care ability, once symptoms appear, timely to the hospital diagnosis and treatment, so as not to delay the disease.
