From October 31 to November 2, the first skill training and competition of postal express workers in Chenzhou City, sponsored by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Post Administration Bureau and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and undertaken by Chenzhou Technician College, was held in Chenzhou Technician College. The person in charge of Chenzhou Technician College and the relevant persons in charge of the organizer attended the activities. A total of 120 express workers from 17 teams of 11 counties and cities participated in the training and competition.

In order to undertake the training and competition well, Chenzhou Technician College has taken the responsibility of the organizer, planned and deployed ahead of time, especially actively taken measures to prevent and control the epidemic situation in competition venues. During the training and competition period, the Chenzhou Technician College did its best to provide thoughtful and meticulous services for the competition. Two class teachers and two life teachers were specially arranged to be responsible for the training students' temperature detection, study, life and other services and the collection and collation of training materials, so as to ensure the smooth holding of the competition.

In order to implement the work deployment of the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on promoting the reform of industrial workers team, and to serve the "Industry Led and Comprehensive Development" strategy of Chenzhou, Chenzhou Technician College and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions jointly built the "Chenzhou craftsman training and competition base". In November 2019, the base was officially listed in Chenzhou Technician College. Since its listing, the College has, on the one hand, actively improved the quality of hardware facilities in the competition base, continuously optimized the quality of competition service, and made great efforts to build an integrated platform for craftsman training, competition and employment; on the other hand, it conducted in-depth enterprise research to understand the demand of craftsman skill training in our city, and strengthened the training of skilled workers to meet the needs of industrial development in Chenzhou.

In the next step, the College will further organize and carry out training and competition activities, give full play to the role of "Chenzhou craftsman training and competition base", build a knowledge-based, skilled and innovative Chenzhou industrial workers team, and contribute to the cultivation of more Chenzhou craftsmen, Hunan craftsmen and big country craftsmen.
