At the meeting, the head of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau reported on the preparatory work of the "Water Expo" at the present stage, and centralized dispatching and specific deployment of the work during the "Water Expo".

He Zunqing, Vice Mayor, pointed out that the "Water Expo" is an important window to show the concrete achievements and technologies of "water protection, water control, water use and water conservation" in Chenzhou, and an important platform to further enhance Chenzhou's international influence, international image, popularity and reputation. It is necessary to fully absorb the successful experience of the previous "Water Expo", take the problem as the guidance, timely check and make up for deficiencies, and persist in striving for improvement, so as to make this "Water Expo" a grand event with high quality, high level, characteristics and promoting development.

Departments at all levels should strengthen the docking, do their part, do their best and cooperate with each other to meet the "Water Expo" with comprehensive and meticulous work and safe, clean and beautiful environment. It is necessary to strengthen overall planning and deployment, assign responsibility to people, formulate corresponding work plans in exhibition design, traffic security, catering hygiene, guest reception, etc., and actively promote various work according to the steps; always put safety in the first place, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and security work, refine emergency plans, and ensure the safety and stability of the "Water Expo"; strengthen publicity, innovate publicity methods, flexibly use various publicity channels, focus on publicity and promotion, and gradually expand the influence and attention of the "Water Expo".
