2020-11-29

On the morning of November 27, the Linwu sub venue theme exchange seminar of the first Hunan Rural Bank Development Forum was held in Linwu Gems and Jade City. You Mingxiang, Deputy Inspector of Provincial Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, attended the forum.

With the theme of "rural financial innovation and development under the situation of economic transformation", more than 60 people, including the chairman and president of 24 rural banks in and outside the province, heads of provincial and municipal financial supervision departments, industry association experts, and senior executives of financial institutions, gathered together to discuss the development path of rural banks around "transformation, innovation and development". All participants made speeches one after another, and made exchange speeches around the theme of the conference from different angles and different emphases.

The meeting pointed out that rural banks are a new force in rural finance and have unique advantages and key roles in filling the gap of rural financial services, alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of county credit, and promoting inclusive finance in urban and rural areas. Since the beginning of this year, various financial institutions in our city have successively issued a series of policies and measures, such as financial support for epidemic prevention and control, resumption of work and production, financial services for small and micro enterprises, policy guarantee, and micro loan service for the real economy, and achieved good results. Next, rural banks should make full use of financial technology, innovate financial service methods, strictly control risks, and improve the ability and level of financial services for rural revitalization; should continue to serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers, pay attention to small and micro enterprises, and promote the development of county economy.
