On December 7, the summary meeting of the 2020 Hunan (Chenzhou) Fruits and Vegetable Industry Expo was held, and Vice Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee Kan Baoyong attended the meeting and gave a speech.

The exhibition was splendid, with 10 major exhibition areas, 19 theme image halls, 26 enterprise special booths, 1215 standard booths, attracting 851 participating enterprises, exhibiting nearly 10000 kinds of agricultural products and equipment; signing 38 investment promotion projects with a contract amount of 16.794 billion yuan; a total of 287000 people visited the exhibition, and the on-site transaction volume was 583 million yuan; a total of 851 participating enterprises were chosen and deeply consume. There were 15 vegetable and fruit brands, 63 golden agricultural products, 6 most popular exhibition halls, 11 excellent exhibition halls, 6 best organization awards, 12 excellent organization awards and 8 live delivery prizes.

Kan Baoyong pointed out that this exhibition node is special and of great significance. The successful holding of the exhibition has made the concept of "food in Greater Bay Area" and food materials in Chenzhou" further rooted in the hearts of the people, further promoted and expanded the linkage development pattern of agricultural industry in the whole province, and further consolidated and deepened the opening and cooperation situation of Hunan, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Kan Bao Yong stressed that we should adhere to the guiding principle of new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and adhere to the general principle of giving priority to agriculture and rural development, further make the Fruits and Vegetable Industry Expo better, more brilliant and more effective, and push more high-quality agricultural products from Chenzhou to China and to the world, and make contributions to the construction of Hunan "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetable brand and Xiangnan citrus brand, deepening the effective docking with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area, and playing the role of Chenzhou.
