In order to continuously improve the professional level of the city's archives practitioners and standardize the archives intermediary service market, the Municipal Party Committee Office and Chenzhou Radio and Television University jointly held a post training course for the employees of archives intermediary service enterprises in the city from December 7 to 9. More than 70 people from 20 archives intermediary service enterprises from all counties (cities and districts) of the city participated in the training.

The main contents of the training include photo archives arrangement, enterprise archives work standardization, archives digitization and electronic archives management, collection and arrangement of scientific and technological archives, filing documents and accounting archives. The training was conducted in the form of centralized face-to-face teaching. The Archives Publicity and Education Department of the general office of the provincial Party committee, the Provincial Archives, Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd. of State Grid, Changsha Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. and experts from the Municipal Archives conducted wonderful lectures in combination with the actual work.
