On the morning of January 20, the investigation team arrived at Xiangnan Preschool Education College by car and visited the student dormitory, the fourth canteen, the track field, and the gymnasium under construction. The investigation group looked while walking and asked from time to time to get a detailed understanding of the current situation of running college, especially the difficulties and problems in running, and had in-depth exchanges with the leaders of Chenzhou Municipal government and Municipal Education Bureau on the development of Xiangnan Preschool Education College.

The investigation group highly affirmed the achievements of Xiangnan Preschool Education College in recent years, especially in the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The investigation group pointed out that Xiangnan Preschool Education College, as the only normal college in Chenzhou, has become an important base for the cultivation and training of primary and kindergarten teachers in the province since it was upgraded in 2014, and has made positive contributions to the development of education in Chenzhou and even the whole province. It was hoped that Xiangnan Preschool Education College would adhere to the fundamental task of moral education, adhere to the connotative development path, scientifically formulate the "14th Five-Year Plan", accelerate the construction of school projects, expand and strengthen normal education, and make new and greater contributions to the development of local economy and national basic education.
