In order to improve the security guarantee and service ability of the government information system, Jiahe County has relied on the newly built cloud computing center to integrate the computer rooms of public security, transportation, government services and other departments, gradually cancel the self built computer rooms of each unit, orderly promote all government information systems in the county to settle in the cloud computing center, and save nearly 8 million yuan of operation and maintenance cost of each department. In addition, "Smart Jiahe" has integrated video monitoring resources of more than 100 key management units and industries such as schools, hospitals and communities, realized the synchronous application of social video monitoring resources and public security video monitoring resources, built a three-dimensional prevention and control platform with high coverage, high recognition rate, high crime detection rate and low crime incidence rate, and greatly improved the level of urban safety and civilized management. Since the integration of video monitoring resources, the detection rate of major and malignant cases in the county has reached 100 percent, the number of criminal cases has decreased by 75 percent, and the people's sense of security and happiness has been greatly improved.
