On the morning of January 28, the neutral borosilicate medical glass project of Hunan Kibing Pharmaceutical Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held a ceremony of ignition and production. Kan Baoyong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the ceremony and announced that the project was officially put into operation.

Hunan Kibing neutral borosilicate medical glass project, relying on the advantages of silica mineral resources in Zixing City, was invested and constructed. It was officially started in December 2019, covering an area of about 80 mu, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. The construction scale of the project is 3 kilns, 8 lines, 100 t / D neutral borosilicate medical glass tube production line and subsequent deep processing products. The products are mainly used in high-end medical glass industry and special pharmaceutical industry.

The project is divided into three phases, of which 600 million yuan is invested in the first and second phases to build a production line and a product deep processing line for two kilns and four lines of neutral borosilicate medical glass tubes; 400 million yuan is invested in the third phase to build a production line for 14 lines of neutral borosilicate medical glass tubes. The first phase of this project is a 25 t / D two-line pharmaceutical glass production line, which adopts the international advanced energy consumption control technology concept, and many important indicators are at the domestic leading level. After the project is completed, the annual output value is expected to be 1 billion yuan. After the completion of phase I and phase II, the annual output value is expected to be 450 million yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 55 million yuan, and more than 400 people will be employed. We will strive to build Zixing City into a national production base of borosilicate pharmaceutical packaging materials.
