Recently, a group of 8 people from Xiangnan Red Army School in Yizhang County went to Siyuan Experimental School in Rucheng County to carry out an inter school exchange activity with the theme of "Party Building + Integration Mechanism to promote the high-quality development of the school". 

The activities were mainly in the form of discussion. At the forum, Zhang Yonghua, President of Siyuan School, made a wonderful sharing on how to build the "Party Building + Integration Machine", and made a detailed introduction on school management, school-based teaching and research, collective lesson preparation, school moral education and other aspects. Then, Li Jun, President of Xiangnan Red Army School in Yizhang County, exchanged and shared his experience. He first expressed his heartfelt thanks to the leaders of Siyuan School for their sincere sharing, and shared with the participants the measures taken in the later stage of the school's characteristic construction and development.

After the forum, the relevant leaders of the two schools carried out individual exchanges on their respective areas of responsibility, and the heads of various departments exchanged opinions on their respective work to understand the construction of campus culture.

This intercollegiate exchange activity has built a platform for teachers of the two schools to learn from each other, communicate with each other and improve together.
