Recently, the 2nd workshop of phase II project of Anren Sany Industrial Park was put into operation. With the formal production of this mechanical parts production line, the function of Anren Sany Industrial Park, which integrates intelligent manufacturing of high-end equipment parts, building industrialization and prefabricated green building demonstration zone, has been further improved.

It was reported that the second phase project of Anren Sany Industrial Park is the construction project of mechanical parts production line, which is a key project and major industrial project in the city. The total investment is 300 million yuan, and the building area is 48000 square meters, including two workshops of No.2 and No.3. It mainly provides factor guarantee for undertaking the capacity transfer of Sany Heavy Industry Changsha Industrial Park. Since the project started on September 29, 2020, it has been progressing smoothly.

The No.2 workshop put into operation on the same day is a small parts processing area, which is mainly divided into four small work centers: blanking, welding, machining and forming. The main parts are steam curing car, grinding car, conveying line, distributor, bent frame, etc., with a capacity of 200 million to 300 million yuan. It was estimated that by May 1 this year, No.2 and No.3 workshops will be fully put into operation, with an annual output value of 500 million yuan and more than 500 technical jobs.
