As of February 17, the maximum load of Chenzhou City was 1.511 million KW, achieving the "6 zero" goals of zero outage and zero heavy load of 35 kV and above main transformer transmission lines, zero outage and zero heavy load of 10 kV lines, zero overload of distribution transformer and zero complaint of service. The decline rate of line outage, the decline rate of distribution transformer outage and the decline rate of distribution transformer outage duration ranked the first in the province, and the power guarantee task of the Spring Festival was successful completed.

In order to ensure the stable operation of power grid equipment during the festival, in the early Spring Festival, State Grid Chenzhou power supply company seriously carried out research on power consumption during the Spring Festival, deployed and implemented measures such as transformer rotation, installation of temporary transformer and load switching in advance, completed two rounds of comprehensive inspection and live detection, solved 122 hidden dangers in stations and lines, and carried out line channel management solidly, and completed 893.3 km cleaning of transmission line channel; through the campaign of "war on distribution network", they have stimulated the advantages of centralized maintenance, comprehensively completed the lightning protection transformation, automation upgrading, voltage management and defect elimination of lines, eliminated more than 37000 hidden dangers and defects of lines, and renovated 133 lines.

In addition, in order to fully implement the initiative of the central government to stay in the work place for the new year, State Grid Chenzhou power supply company further ensured the power consumption of important customers and residents, organized special inspections on the power supply facilities of important users such as the government, enterprises, scenic spots, hospitals and news media within the jurisdiction, and guided customers to do a good job in equipment elimination, so as to ensure the power supply in key areas such as epidemic prevention and control, transportation during the Spring Festival, enterprises that "don't stop work, don't stop production" during the Spring Festival, and densely populated areas.

During the Spring Festival, the municipal and county power guarantee leading groups of the company strictly abided by the emergency duty work arrangement, made overall planning and scientific dispatching, closely followed the weather conditions, strengthened power grid operation monitoring and equipment inspection, and implemented high-quality power supply service measures. A total of 977 power protection vehicles were put into operation, and 2931 power protection special patrol and guard personnel were put into operation. The substation was changed from unattended to manned and safe. There are 210 people on duty in the platoon substation, and 17 emergency repair service teams are on standby 24 hours to jointly ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment and reliable power supply.
